Our home page offers you the basic division of services, which you are interested in. Our websites are enable to view and choose the service on the basis of your specified requirements. You have a possibility to organise your stay by yourselves. In case you prefer to discuss your interests, just send us your requirement to our reservation office. If you have already decided for one of the services fill in the form at the end of the web page.

After you have carefully filled in and sent the form, you will receive the answer within 24 hours according to the world time zone. If we are able to provide for you the required service, than you receive the confirmation of booking. Even when we will not be able to provide for you the service you will always receive our answer and possible suggestion to replacement.
Our confirmation of booking - accommodation voucher consists of:
- name, address, phone number of the hotel / services
- date of stay, including number of nights
- type of room
- price per room / individual service
- total amount
- payment conditions
- cancellation fees
When you receive our accommodation voucher, please check if the reserved services are according with your order and read carefully payment conditions. When you agree, please send us a confirmation of receiving Your correct accommodation voucher.
Your credit card details are only a guarantee for Your reservation at most of the time, the payment is usually done at the reception in cash. This information has to be always printed on Your accommodation voucher. If the payment will be done from Your credit card we will authorise Your credit card at earliest 10 days before Your arrival and then we will charge of Your credit the total amount during Your staying.
If You wish to change already confirmed reservation (the date of Your stay, the number of persons, etc) please contact immediately the officer, who was dealing with Your requests, so he/she could change everything in time.
